So tonight Paige & JD made the trek down from Connecticut to hang out with friends. They left CT on time according to their agenda but still hit a ton of traffic. The plan was to head over to Alana's apartment for a Housewarming/Paige's Bday/Mini Reunion night. We still went over, but the "guests of honor" didn't arrive til close to midnight. We hung out for a while then made the trek back to Old Town where JD & Paige were shacking up at our apartment. The next morning we got up fairly early for a classy breakfast at IHOP (yummy - stuffed french toast) and then bid farewell to Paige & JD - as they had to drive to Manassas in JD's shiny new Mazda RX8 to spend time with JD's brother Travis - who is being deployed to Iraq. I'll give an update on JD's brother as I get it....I'd love to put a care package or group of letters together to send over! We really enjoyed seeing Paige so close to her birthday but wish we could have had more time with eachother. We look forward to visiting them in November!!! Watch out CT - Here we come!!!!
